By day, I’m a messy bun wearing mom juggling snacks, schedules, and the whirl of everyday life. Our house is full of movement with school drop offs, appointments, errands, and sports. It’s busy, imperfect, sometimes overwhelming, but always full of love. Parenting across different ages has taught me how to stay flexible, curious, and connected. Whether it’s a kitchen dance party, a Roblox session with the kids, a quiet walk, or a deep conversation with my teen, I’ve learned to find meaning in the mess and joy in the small moments.
By night, I log into a quieter world, one where healing happens through screens but the connection is just as real. As a virtual child and adolescent therapist, I meet kids and families in their own spaces, often in pajamas, snuggled up in a blanket, surrounded by pets, stuffed animals, or homework. I bring presence, creativity, and compassion into each session. Whether we are using play, imagination, or visuals to explore emotions, I meet children where they are with curiosity, flexibility, and care. Therapy with me is not rigid. It is responsive, engaging, and designed to help kids feel seen, supported, and safe.
I come from a big, loving Latino family, raised with values that still guide me: love, loyalty, and showing up for each other. That’s how I approach my work, honoring each family’s story, celebrating their strengths, and helping them find connection and healing in ways that feel real and lasting.
Therapy came alive for me not in theory, but in practice—with real people, real stories, and real moments of connection. In nursing homes, I watched elders light up with intentional presence. A simple greeting and conversation made all the difference in their day. In hospital rooms, I sat with teens in crisis, offering presence and a listening ear more than answers. These early experiences taught me that healing doesn’t come from fixing, it comes from showing up, sharing space, and honoring the moment.
That same spirit guides my work today. Whether I’m practicing mindfulness skills with a child in session or supporting a parent through a tough stretch, I lead with presence, curiosity, and care. Therapy, for me, is about meeting people where they are and walking with them toward clarity, connection, and growth.
My clinical foundation is rooted in both academic rigor and ongoing professional development. I’ve pursued specialized training to ensure that my care is trauma-informed, culturally attuned, and developmentally appropriate for children, adolescents, and families.

As a bilingual therapist and a parent to neurodivergent children, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to my work. I understand what it means to advocate fiercely, adapt constantly, and celebrate progress in all its forms, especially the quiet kind.
It’s those quiet moments that stay with me most. Not the dramatic breakthroughs, but the instant a youth tries a calming strategy and notices a shift. Maybe it’s a deep breath, a visualization, or a grounding technique. Their mind clears just enough to make a different choice and in that moment, they feel more in control.
Soon, they’re carrying these skills beyond our virtual space and into their everyday lives. Independently. Confidently. They return eager to share their efforts and growth. That’s healing.
This is why I do the work I do—not to “fix” kids, but to help them uncover their own strength: steady, practical, and always within reach.
